Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cold Email Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end setup and management of cold email campaigns. This includes setting up domains, managing email authentication protocols, and ensuring high deliverability rates. You will work closely with our team to bring outreach ideas to life, ensuring we generate high-quality leads for our business. This is a remote, part-time role that offers flexibility, perfect for individuals looking to contribute a few focused hours daily while being part of a growing company.
Responsibilities
✅ Set up domains, DNS, and Google Workspace users using tools like Instantly or Reachinbox
✅ Configure email authentication protocols, including DKIM, DMARC, SPF, and MX records
✅ Manage full-cycle cold email campaigns, from setup to monitoring and optimization
✅ (Optional) Write engaging and personalized email copy based on provided ideas
Requirements
🔹 Experience in domain setup, email automation tools, and campaign management
🔹 Understanding of email deliverability and best practices
🔹 Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot campaign issues
