Refund Policy

At JanitorBPO.com, we strive to provide high-quality leads and exceptional service to help your cleaning business grow. However, we understand that there may be circumstances requiring clarity regarding refunds. Please review our refund policy below:


1. Campaign Setup Costs

To run your campaign effectively, we require an upfront fee to cover essential costs, including:

  • Domain purchases
  • Google Workspace email setup
  • Lead acquisition
  • Email-sending tools

This setup fee is non-refundable as it covers the necessary infrastructure required to initiate and manage your campaign.


2. Appointment Guarantee

If we fail to generate any new appointments within 45 days, we will refund your payment—no questions asked.

This guarantee applies only to new appointments generated through our service and does not include canceled or rescheduled appointments (see Section 6).


3. High-Quality Leads

We provide high-quality leads, ensuring the prospect is genuinely interested in finding a cleaning company for their needs. However, we are not responsible for closing deals, as factors like pricing and your ability to convert the lead may influence the outcome. In such cases, payment for the lead is non-refundable.


4. Payment for Appointments

  • If an appointment or site visit is canceled by your cleaning company (e.g., delays, no-shows, or failure to contact the prospect), you will still be charged for the appointment.
  • If an appointment or site visit is canceled by the prospect, we will follow up with them, reschedule, and ensure the visit happens without any additional charge to you.

5. Cancellation and Refund Requests

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • No appointments are generated within the first 45 days of the campaign.
  • Refund requests must be made in writing to [Your Contact Email].
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

6. No Refund for Lead-Based Failures

If the lead does not result in a closed deal, you are still responsible for paying for the lead. We guarantee the lead’s quality but cannot guarantee the outcome of the sales process.


7. Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds are not provided under the following conditions:

  • Failure to close a deal due to pricing or sales strategy.
  • Cancellation of appointments by your cleaning company.
  • Failure to use our tools or resources properly.
